![]() Try using a solid white piece of paper as a mouse pad, or other surfaces/colors to see if that helps. Be sure there are no other mice installed. ![]() If you are on a laptop, be sure the touchpad is disabled. Temporarily unplug router and any other wireless devices to see if the mouse works. It could be wireless interference, such as a wireless router conflicting by using the same bandwidth as the mouse. Try slowing down the mouse speed slightly in control panel. This also seems to be a common problem with that mouse according to a Google search I've done. You likely have tried some of these already. Here's a list of possible fixes that I came up with. You said you have tried many other fixes.
